Red Seal Tutoring
If you or someone you know is in a professional culinary school and is looking to receive some help with their studies, look no further.
Chef Terry Port is a Certified Chef de Cuisine, which is the third level of certification in Canada after the Inter-Provincial Red Seal and the Certified Working Chef. A Certified Chef de Cuisine is the last step before Canada’s highest level of certification, the newly introduced Certified Master Chef.
Chef Terry is also an Ontario Certified Teacher and has spent 8 years teaching the Culinary Arts in secondary and post secondary institutions. Chef is also and Red Seal Certified Baker/Pâtissier.
Chef also has many industry contacts and may also be able to assist in a placement.
